Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our retail operations in South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our store network.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Store Managers to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
- Visual Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising directives across locations to ensure alignment with customer preferences and brand standards.
- Operational Excellence: Review and improve internal processes to optimize retail operations, identify areas for training, and develop focus areas for employee development.
- Team Management: Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new and existing employees to foster a motivating and engaging work environment.
- Business Development: Drive business strategies and operations at a senior level to achieve long-term brand goals and objectives.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a multi-site (4+ locations) /area manager role within a high-volume fashion environment.
- Experience managing and creating rosters, allocating wages budgets, and analyzing sales performance and KPI reports to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Proactive and collaborative by nature, with the ability to connect and support teams by getting involved on the shop floor and leading by example.
- A current valid driver's license and vehicle to fulfill travel requirements to stores across Adelaide.
