Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Managing Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the MD, including diary management, email correspondence and document preparation
  • Managing expectations and daily workflows, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Supporting with research and reports, providing analytical data and insights
  • Working with internal teams to support business strategies, developing reports and presentations as required
  • Executing expenses and invoices, event management and coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Ability to prioritize and stay one step ahead, strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients, overall great team player
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge, excellent time management skills
  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration / similar, analytic thinker and enjoy supporting with reports and research
