Delivering Exceptional Workplace Experiences

As a Community Ambassador, you will be the vital first impression and go-to problem-solver onsite for our multinational client. Your primary role is to deliver exceptional concierge-style experiences through face-to-face service.

You will master everything from access control and meeting room coordination to mail management and event support. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing comprehensive reception services including visitor management and correspondence handling
  • Managing meeting room bookings and setups
  • Overseeing daily mail operations, package management, and office inventory
  • Coordinating vendor relationships, work orders, and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and office operations
  • Acting as key liaison for all catering and event-related queries

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will also:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees whilst building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
  • Conduct building orientations for new starters and provide remote support to regional offices
  • Support HR processes for onboarding, assist with fleet management, offsite storage, and mobile phone administrations
  • Ensure office safety

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing industries
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
  • Expert multitasking capabilities with strong prioritization and scheduling skills
  • Fast learner with genuine eagerness to develop and grow
