The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong relationships with customers, creating a positive atmosphere on the shop floor, and driving sales through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who is eager to take on new challenges, learn from feedback, and continually develop their skills and knowledge to achieve individual targets and contribute to the team's success.
Required skills include previous experience in customer service, confidence in conversing with customers, and the ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators and individual targets.
