Customer Engagement Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. As a key member of the Customer Engagement & Support Team, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with schools through top-class customer service.

Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools through exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain high call volumes to meet KPIs.
  • Proactively onboard schools and apps.
  • Advise schools and apps on best practices to support their success.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to support customer experience and delivery.
  • Maintain security and procedures set out by the company.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a phone-based telesales or marketing role.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to show initiative and a proactive approach.
  • A strong work ethic demonstrating dedication to the company and its mission.
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to quickly build rapport when engaging with schools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to accelerate relationships and ensure efficient administration.
