As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring we remain leaders in the healthcare market by implementing the right digital solutions and experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for managing and developing key initiatives within our Healthcare Platforms and Enterprise Enablers teams, helping us meet the evolving needs of our diverse customer base.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Own and drive the product backlog, prioritising features and initiatives that align with strategic goals and deliver maximum value.">
  • Lead the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle - from discovery and design through to build and release - ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.">
  • Partner closely with cross-functional squads, aligning the right capabilities and resources to meet delivery milestones and optimise squad performance.">
  • Be accountable for product performance, including tracking KPIs, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.">
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, incorporating customer and business feedback to shape and evolve the product roadmap.">
  • Navigate complex delivery landscapes, managing risks, dependencies, and governance to keep initiatives moving at pace.">
