Drive Sustainable Change in Healthcare

We're seeking a skilled Transformation Strategist to join our Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity team. As a key contributor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our vision of making healthcare more accessible and affordable.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team and other areas of the business to execute our Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity roadmap.
  • Develop and prepare reports, papers, and presentations to support our transformation agenda.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation and redesign, achieving strong returns on investment.
  • Assist the Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity leadership team in developing opportunities and identifying capability gaps.
  • Design and implement new operating models for our teams, helping functional leads define qualitative and quantitative metrics and coach team members on new ways of working.
  • Provide coaching and upskilling to functional teams to think differently and maximise outcomes through sustained change.
  • Support requirements gathering via workshops, interviews, and desktop research.
  • Analyse data to determine root causes of problems and ensure proposed solutions are sustainable from people, process, and technology perspectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Project management related certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile) are favourable but not required.
  • Further studies or demonstrated self-learning will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in supporting large teams with transformation, organisational change, process optimisation, or innovation projects in a service-based industry.
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders through compelling business cases.
  • Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to convert data into insight and prepare compelling reports and presentations.
