Job Title: Oracle Cloud Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle cloud transformation strategist to lead our clients' journey to the cloud. As a strategic advisor, you will help our clients optimize their business processes, leverage the power of Oracle ERP Cloud, and drive digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, a deep understanding of business dynamics, and exceptional leadership skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute cloud transformation strategies, manage client relationships, and provide expertise on solving complex problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business Cases: Create comprehensive business cases for Oracle cloud ERP transformation, focusing on financial and non-financial benefits.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to assess clients' needs, develop cloud migration strategies, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, advise them on problem-solving, and deliver practical solutions.
  • Design Cloud Operating Models: Support the design of cloud operating models, including processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Evaluate Products: Evaluate different products for business functions, ensuring they align with clients' goals.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development:
  • Service Offerings: Lead/participate in the development and delivery of service offerings that meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Finance Transformations: Collaborate in blueprinting and designing finance transformations that drive business value.
  • Emerging Perspectives: Provide insights on emerging perspectives and points of view on package-enabled transformations.
  • Best Practices: Share patterns, best practices, and white papers on ERP transformation strategy and service offerings.
Sales and Marketing:
  • Client Proposals: Develop compelling client proposals and provide sales support.
  • Client Presentations: Conduct engaging client presentations that showcase your expertise.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute points of view through blogging, white papers, and other thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree with an MBA or foreign equivalent is required.
  • Experience: At least 15+ years of experience implementing and managing package-enabled business transformations involving Oracle applications.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP cloud.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations.
