Digital Product Strategist

As a key member of our digital transformation, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our business.

The Digital Product Strategist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain product backlogs that drive business value and return on investment. They will provide vision and direction to agile development teams, ensuring projects align with product strategy and meet stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product roadmaps that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide strategic direction to agile development teams, ensuring projects align with product vision and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage product feature backlogs, ensuring iteration planning and elaboration of user stories meet high standards.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize work to ensure maximum impact and alignment with product strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.
  • Knowledge of Agile process and principles, with experience working Scrum.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Relevant tertiary education, preferably in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
