Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product management group, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our digital products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and improve reusable services that government regulators, agencies, and departments use to enact legislation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategic plans, and execute on those plans to drive business outcomes.

You will have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies related to digital applications and be able to incorporate these into our product roadmap as appropriate. Additionally, you will be responsible for using data analysis and reporting to drive product decisions, stakeholder engagement, and backlog prioritization.

In this role, you will also provide leadership to build the team's capability in agile methodologies and capacity to deliver. You will regularly liaise with representatives from Victorian Government agencies and departments to demonstrate latest product iterations to customers (pre-release) and gather feedback. Prioritize and communicate this feedback to the team.

As a Digital Product Strategist, you will be an expert in your field, with a strong track record of improving customer experience through digital transformation. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
