About the Role

The SAHMRI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the ANZDATA Registry, this role will involve providing efficient administrative support, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and collaborating with the broader registry team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake accurate data entry and assist with analyses of information, maintaining security and confidentiality of all patient data.
  • Assist with the distribution of annual survey sheets to hospitals, as required.
  • Undertake pre-printing and distribution of data forms to hospitals, and distribute Annual Reports for Australian and Worldwide distribution.
  • Receive and distribute correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally and redirect to the appropriate person when necessary.

About You

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, and a high standard of numeracy, spelling, and grammar skills.

Requirements

  • Completion of administration/management certificate/diploma (desirable).
  • Experience in clinical data entry.
  • Proven ability to work independently, be resourceful, and work under pressure to produce high-quality work.
  • Ability to set priorities and achieve agreed work objectives.

Special Requirements

  • Some out-of-hours work may be required.
  • DCSI Employment Screening and Police Checks may be necessary.
