We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Administrative Support professional to join our team, providing administrative assistance to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient bookings, telehealth consultations, and clinic management
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with patient administration systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
