The Role

In this part-time role, you will provide exceptional reception and administration support to the Adelaide office, including providing backup and relief to the Contracts Administrator/Customer Liaison Officer during periods of leave and peak periods.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, distributing to staff in a timely manner, and booking courier deliveries.
  • Processing incoming general reception emails.
  • Greeting guests in a professional manner and facilitating water, tea, and coffee for meetings.
  • Providing administrative assistance to senior managers, including meeting coordination and diary management as required.
  • Data entry and various document production.
  • Processing office invoices, liaising with the accounts department, collecting receipts, and processing corporate credit card statements.
  • Setting up new staff welcome packs and implementing onboarding checklists.
  • Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensuring the office is always kept neat and organized.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as an Administration Assistant and demonstrate confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. You will have high attention to detail and strong time management skills, allowing you to meet required timeframes. You will also be friendly, warm, enthusiastic, and personable, with a proactive and willing attitude to take ownership of tasks.
