Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Administrative Assistant to join our team at SAHMRI. As a key member of our team, you will provide efficient administrative support to our Australia and New Zealand Dialysis and Transplant Registry.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database, ensuring the security and confidentiality of all patient information.
- Assist with data analysis and provide insights to inform our research and registry activities.
- Collate information from contributing units within Australia and New Zealand, and distribute annual survey sheets to participating hospitals.
- Pre-print and distribute data forms to hospitals, and ensure timely distribution of annual reports and hospital-specific reports.
- Provide administrative support, including receiving and distributing correspondence, and handling incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Completion of an administration or management certificate or diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience in clinical data entry and analysis.
- Excellent numeracy, spelling, and grammar skills.
- High standard of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to work independently, be resourceful, and work under pressure to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to set priorities and achieve agreed work objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to readily assimilate new information and procedures, and react positively to implementing change.
Special Requirements
- Some out-of-hours work may be required.
- DCSI Employment Screening and Police Checks may be necessary.
