We are seeking a Customer Growth Specialist to drive feature adoption and revenue growth in our customer portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers fully utilize our solutions, enhancing their experience, and optimizing their use of our platform.
The role requires proactive engagement with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and contributing to revenue growth. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Key responsibilities include account growth, reporting and analysis, and market insights. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of account management experience, preferably within PropTech and/or SaaS.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Proactively identify engage, contact and call existing customers using a range of outreach methods
- Surpass call and connect quotas each week
- Be an advocate for PropertyMe ensuring all revenue targets are met each month
- Directly contribute to your revenue targets by achieving your OKR's
- Show growth in feature adoption across your customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in your segmentation
- Work to retain existing customers and reduce churn by delivering consistent value, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively addressing potential concerns.
- Always be SELLING
The successful candidate will also work closely with the sales team to achieve common goals and objectives. This is a full-time position offering high autonomy and recognition in a growing company.
