Main Responsibilities- Engage customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
- Guide customers through our range of innovative hearing devices and accessories.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our services.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
- 2+ years of experience delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
- Attention to detail with solid administrative background and collaborative spirit.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with ability to work independently when needed.
