Hearing Solutions Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, independence, and team collaboration abilities.
Main Responsibilities- Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
- Guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories.
- Efficiently resolve concerns to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Contribute to marketing efforts promoting our services.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs.
- At least 2 years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs.
- Attention to detail and administrative background.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
