About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hearing Services Coordinator.

As a key member of our clinic staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients' hearing health journey.

You will work closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide high-quality hearing care outcomes and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing care outcomes
  • Learn about our products and services, including government funding programs
  • Apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure the best possible solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
