Role Overview

The Medical Courier is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to the smooth operation of pathology services.

This critical frontline role entails the safe and timely collection and delivery of pathology specimens, reports, and mail across metropolitan and outer metropolitan areas.

As a representative of our team, you will visit hospitals, GP surgeries, and pathology laboratories, ensuring all materials are handled with care and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

This is more than a courier role - it's an opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality patient care and help ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and clinicians alike.

About This Role
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively and professionally with clients and the public.
  • Effectively manage time and navigate efficiently using technology to follow and adapt run schedules.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, exercising good judgment and discretion.
  • Have a solid driving record, relevant courier or medical transport experience, and good knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan and outer metro areas.
