Job Title: Customer Service Representative

This is a customer-focused role that involves providing exceptional service to clients in a hearing clinic setting.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns, and providing tailored information to meet their needs.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, guiding customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will also contribute to local marketing efforts to promote the clinic and its services, and perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
  • Guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
  • Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote the clinic and its services.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and solid administrative background.
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with ability to work independently when needed.
