As a Client Care Representative, you will play an integral role in our business, providing top-notch support to our predominantly older clientele and assisting them in managing their hearing health in this client-facing position.

You will warmly welcome our clients and ensure their experience is optimal for successful outcomes, schedule and confirm appointments, provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, and efficiently manage the daily operations of our facilities.

You will learn and proficiently use a range of software applications and have an interest in learning about features and basic maintenance of hearing aids.
