Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide efficient and professional service to guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Task Management: Handle various tasks, including preparing group arrivals, handling foreign exchange transactions, and reporting complaints or suspicious actions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Front Office Team to ensure excellent service delivery and achieve team goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous hotel experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of a reservations system (Opera is an advantage).
  • Soft Skills: Strong accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, excellent customer service skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, proactive focus, and a passion for hospitality and travel.
