The role of Room Attendant is a crucial part of maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas within our hotel.

We are seeking an individual to work various shifts across a 24-hour, 7-day roster.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility.
  • Understand and adhere to security measures and procedures.
  • Daily cleaning, replenishing, and servicing of guest rooms and common areas.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and report hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support in-house laundry requirements as directed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Understanding of manual handling and chemical handling practices.
  • Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingsness to work flexible hours according to business needs.
  • Current Police Check Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
