Unlock Your Potential as a Commercial Sales Strategist

At Frucor Suntory, we're on the lookout for a seasoned National Account Manager to join our Commercial team. As a key player in driving sales and profitability, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer acquisition and management.

Our exciting new partnership between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food has created a multi-beverage powerhouse with over 40 brands across Australia and New Zealand. This presents a unique chance for growth and innovation in the beverage industry.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage strategic relationships with Foodservice customers and industry bodies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Negotiate trading terms to achieve targets and ensure optimal trading conditions for Suntory.
  • Evaluate competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for Foodservice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve channel targets.

You'll work closely with our National Business Manager – Distributors & Leisure to implement strategies that drive business growth and exceed sales targets.

What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in National Account Management, preferably in Foodservice and QSR.
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to maintain and develop new business opportunities, acquiring new customers through effective relationship-building.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits. Our industry-leading parental leave policy ensures that you can balance your professional and personal life with ease.
