About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior People Development Manager to join our team at SafetyCulture. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through people development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop tailored development programs to drive high performance and achieve business goals.
  • Lead Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development experiences that equip leaders to drive business outcomes, build high-performing teams, and make informed decisions.
  • Drive Talent Acquisition: Partner with business units to identify critical talent needs and develop strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Implement Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Measure and Evaluate: Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of people development initiatives and make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.
