We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Development Partner to join our team at SafetyCulture. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Talent Development Strategies: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver targeted development programs that equip our leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to drive business results.
- Coach and Mentor Leaders: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to our leaders to help them develop their leadership skills and achieve their goals.
- Design and Deliver Learning Experiences: Create and deliver engaging learning experiences that help our leaders develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Measure and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our talent development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Strategic Thinker: You have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and success.
- Leadership Development Expertise: You have extensive experience in leadership development and have a deep understanding of the skills and competencies required to succeed in leadership roles.
- Coaching and Mentoring Skills: You have excellent coaching and mentoring skills and are able to provide guidance and support to our leaders to help them achieve their goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to build strong relationships with our leaders and other stakeholders.
