**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our Financial Services Group department. As a senior client relationship manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, including strategic management of client relationships at a senior level.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of financial institutions and professions clients, delivering a client-centric approach to servicing clients.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners in all key markets, successfully negotiating risk transfer solutions based on individual client risk profiles.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to contribute to the strategic direction of Aon's financial institutions and professions portfolio.
  • Monitor and review regulatory developments, participating in the production of client advisory white papers.
  • Participate in business development opportunities, including policy wording health-checks and involvement in new business presentations.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience within the financial lines insurance market, focusing on risk identification and risk transfer for financial institutions and professions clients.
  • Strong technical understanding of financial lines insurance products and risk solutions, including professional indemnity, directors' and officers', and crime.
  • High-level understanding of client profitability and excellent cross-selling abilities.
  • Keen entrepreneurial spirit and flair for business development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing team relationships and senior-level client relationships.
  • Qualifications in accordance with the Financial Services Reform Act (minimum Tier 1 Broking Compliance).
