A highly skilled Compensation Specialist is sought to lead our reward and benefits initiatives, driving business outcomes through strategic remuneration practices.
- Responsible for analyzing and benchmarking remuneration packages to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Supports the design and implementation of reward strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provides research and analysis to support senior leadership with Committee and Board engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a large corporation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
