You will be joining an international utility services company.

**Your new role**
In this one-year maternity leave cover role, you will be in-charge of:

- Salary benchmarking
- Designing and coordinating the company's compensation and benefits strategy
- Managing end-to-end annual compensation review
- Offering advice and analysis services to the business around annual compensation, pay campaigns, and reward and recognition programs

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR or Data Science
- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Proven ability to support and manage remuneration and reward solutions to achieve business' goals
- Advance knowledge of Excel
