**THE ORGANISATION**
This fast paced organisation is recruiting for a Remuneration Specialist on a contract basis to join their close knit HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to help implement a number of remuneration initiatives.

**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will be responsible for producing reports to HR Business Partners and Senior Executives across the business and making recommendations on trends within areas such as headcount, turnover and KPI's. You will have overall responsibility of the presenting of board papers, designing an STI payment scheme and consulting to senior executives across the business.
