Job Title

A key role in the People and Culture department, partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic recruitment advice, manage external talent attraction strategies, and drive internal mobility for career growth.

The Talent Attraction Business Partner works closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless experience for both parties, leveraging multiple data sources to inform sourcing strategies and contribute to recruitment optimization projects.

As a leader in your field, you will bring extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Business Partner, having worked within a Talent Acquisition function, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, executive search, or recruitment agency environment.

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge across sourcing and talent pooling strategies for specialist and leadership roles.
  • Build and maintain valuable relationships across diverse teams, ensuring agility to adapt to evolving recruitment needs.
