Strategic Talent Partner

As a key player in our People and Culture team, we seek an experienced Strategic Talent Partner to collaborate with senior leaders in providing expert recruitment guidance. This includes the development of external talent attraction strategies, promotion of internal mobility for career growth, and leveraging data insights to inform sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic recruitment advice and support hiring managers in navigating Australia Post's recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement effective external talent attraction strategies, focusing on specialist and leadership roles.
  • Drive internal mobility initiatives, promoting career growth opportunities for existing talent while fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Utilize market research and data analytics to identify trends, produce relevant market insights, and inform data-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Engage passive talent through proactive sourcing, mapping relevant skills, and building talent pools for key focus areas.
  • Effectively communicate Australia Post's EVP, bringing it to life in a meaningful way for each candidate.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Business Partner with extensive knowledge in sourcing and talent pooling strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling engagement with senior leaders and diverse teams.
  • Able to adapt to evolving recruitment needs and drive initiatives across different business units.
  • Passionate about delivering a high-quality, positive candidate experience through every interaction.
  • Strong versatility in recruiting across various divisions, roles, and levels, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape, including market trends, technology, and best practices.
