Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our organization in Western Australia.

This full-time position is a pivotal role within a global team, with some flexibility available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and providing employee new starter information and coordinating initial inductions
  • Arranging site visits, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and relocations
  • Providing accountability for the management of formal correspondence to applicants and high-level administrative support to the Australian TA team
  • Representing the TA Team, responding and delegating general recruiting queries from the Corporate webpage, recording statistical data, and reporting needs for the organization
  • Raising purchase orders for recurring and ad-hoc costs associated with the TA process, reconciling credit card business expenses through our system

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail to uphold the integrity of the TA process and effective time management to maintain high-quality output during times of peak workload
  • Previous experience in administrative HR or Recruitment roles is ideal but not essential; this will also suit those currently studying or recently completed an HR or business-related degree
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft suites and competence across the use of computer systems
