About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers through inbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Navigate complex banking systems and tools to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve customer service delivery.
Requirements
