Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and execution of new and existing training programs. Your primary focus will be on developing business, market, organizing, and coordinating accredited training packages to employment services providers, schools, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new training programs to meet the needs of our clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with employment services providers, schools, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements and equipment rental
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, training, human resources)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in career development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
