Job Overview

This role is critical in planning and coordinating work requests near High Voltage Equipment to ensure safe and compliant isolation of the Traction Distribution System.

You will plan and schedule work on or near Overhead Line Equipment (OLE), ensuring alignment with train operations and compliance with isolation procedures.

The position involves creating accurate records in the Isolation Form Database, generating work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and producing performance reports.

About This Role

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling work on or near OLE equipment, with strong knowledge of Traction Power systems and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to interpret electrical drawings, provide technical guidance, and execute safety-critical planning with a high level of accuracy and detail.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to resolve issues and deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and computer skills, including experience with CMMS and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Record Keeping: Create accurate records in the Isolation Form Database and generate work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Performance Monitoring: Produce performance reports and monitor team performance to ensure high-quality standards are consistently maintained.
