About This Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team at the Kingston Scanning Centre.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of documents for scanning.
- Scanning paper medical records into an electronic format using software systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accurate entry of information into various systems.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and written requests from internal and external parties.
- Tracking the location of all medical records that pass through the department.
- Coordinating the transfer of medical records or health information to other departments and sites within Monash Health.
This is a part-time role requiring 50 hours per fortnight. Shifts will be on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday mornings.
You will possess well-developed IT, written, and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a Scanning Centre is preferred but not essential.
