Lead Front-Line Reception Team

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our UniLodge team at UniLodge Kensington. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the efficient operations of reception, ensuring that residents receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing their enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure accurate accounting of resident-related accounts, including rental and sundries.
- Liaise with third-party contractors to maintain building facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Complete check-in and check-out processes for residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can demonstrate:
- A strong background in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and independently.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant systems.
