About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the Front Office team at AccorHotel. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will lead a shift of front office professionals, ensuring our guest experience is at the forefront at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a shift of front office professionals, including our overnight team.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures for the Front Office department.
  • Assist with the management of the team, including training and development.
  • Lead by example when attending to guest requests.
  • Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.

About You

  • Personable, proactive with a desire to take initiative and responsibility for the team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Desire to grow your skills and progress your managerial experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously when leading the overnight team.
  • Previous experience with a PMS (Opera experience will be highly regarded).
  • Reliability & flexibility to work a rotating roster.
  • Strong desire to achieve high results, driven by success.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain).
