Job Title

Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is gearing up for an exciting relaunch following a transformation that sets a bold new benchmark for luxury on the Sunshine Coast. Every detail is crafted to impress.

Role

A Reservations Agent will play a key role in managing bookings across the Resort, handling room inquiries, reservations, confirmations, and cancellations, as well as assisting with yield management to ensure occupancy and revenue maximization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately process resort reservations
  • Provide up-to-date information on hotel facilities, special offers, and promotions
  • Ensure all guest records and reservation details are accurately updated and maintained
  • Assist guests with reservation inquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Offer a personalized experience tailored to each guest's needs
  • Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships across all hotel departments
  • Assist with overflow calls when needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask while ensuring exceptional attention to detail
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • A passion for sales and promotion
  • High level of creativity with local knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction
