Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MH-60R Training Instructor to join our team in Nowra, Australia. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to Royal Australian Navy personnel on the operation and maintenance of the MH-60R aircraft.

About This Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation, with at least 500 hours of command experience on multi-engine, multi-crew medium helicopters. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instructor-led training to students on the operation and maintenance of the MH-60R aircraft
  • Develop and deliver curriculum materials, including lesson plans and training aids
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and training activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. aviation, engineering)
  • At least 500 hours of command experience on multi-engine, multi-crew medium helicopters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
