Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join CAE Australia as an Aircraft Systems Instructor, working closely with the Royal Australian Navy. As a subject matter expert in MH-60R aircraft systems, you will be responsible for providing instruction and training to RAN personnel in classroom, simulator, and practical environments.

Responsibilities
  • Instruction and Training: Provide comprehensive instruction and training to RAN personnel on MH-60R aircraft systems, including operational and tactical procedures.
  • Syllabus Development: Assist in the development of curriculum for courses as required, ensuring that training meets the highest standards.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage your expertise in ASW dipping sonar and surface warfare experience to provide informed instruction and guidance to students.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum 500 command hours on multi-engine, multi-crew, medium helicopter, or equivalent; minimum two years instructional experience in an aircrew training environment; and completion of at least one sea-going tour.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction; ability to work effectively in a team environment; and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
