About This Role

CAE USA Inc. is seeking an experienced MH-60R Pilot Instructor to join our team in Nowra, Australia.

Job Description

This position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled instructor to deliver high-quality training to the Royal Australian Navy and Commonwealth of Australia.

The successful candidate will provide academic instruction on MH-60R Aircraft Systems and operational procedures in classroom, simulator, and practical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for RAN MH-60R pilots.
  • Conduct scheduled CI-led/supported training using traditional and modern tools.
  • Evaluate and document student training/mission performance.
  • Assist in training device testing/evaluation associated with periodic qualification or introduction of new systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 500 command hours on multi-engine, multi-crew, medium helicopter (H-60) platforms.
  • At least two years of instructional experience in an aircrew training environment on military rotary wing platforms.
  • Completed at least one sea-going tour with the USN, RAN, or RN.
