About This Opportunity

CAE is seeking an experienced Aerospace Training Specialist - MH-60R Instructor to join our team in Nowra, Australia.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work with CAE USA Inc., a world leader in aviation training and simulation. As an Aerospace Training Specialist - MH-60R Instructor, you will be responsible for providing academic instruction to military personnel on the operation of the MH-60R helicopter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional guidance to students on aircraft systems and operational procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions in classroom, simulator, and practical environments.
  • Develop and maintain curriculum materials, including lesson plans and training guides.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aerospace engineering, aviation management).
  • At least 500 command hours on multi-engine, multi-crew helicopters.
  • TWO years of experience in aircrew training environments on military rotary wing platforms.
  • DoD Personal Security Clearance eligibility.
