In this pivotal role as Customer Growth Lead, you will spearhead the development of comprehensive strategies aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing or growth roles, preferably within fintech, lending, or financial services industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a multifaceted strategy for refining and expanding our customer base, focusing on optimal channel and pricing criteria to drive conversions.
  • Application Journey Optimization: Continuously improve application processes for existing customers, identifying areas of friction and implementing streamlined experiences to boost conversion rates.
  • Technical Enhancements: Project manage technical upgrades to customer platforms, CRM systems, and application flows, collaborating with IT and product teams to prioritize and implement features enhancing cross-selling capabilities.
  • Personalized Marketing: Design and implement targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, online portal, WhatsApp) to engage existing customers with relevant refinance and additional product offers.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Establish and optimize a customer lifecycle marketing program strategically positioning additional products at critical moments in the customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to identify patterns indicating refinance readiness or product affinity, using predictive modeling to proactively target customers before they seek alternatives.
  • A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing initiatives across all customer communications to continuously improve refinance and cross-sell conversion rates.
  • Exclusive Offers: Collaborate with product teams to develop exclusive offers, loyalty benefits, and preferential terms for existing customers to drive engagement and deepen relationships.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services industries.
