Job Title:

Key Growth and Strategy Executive


The organization is seeking an experienced Key Growth and Strategy Executive to drive business development and expansion. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow business value and achieve strategic goals.


Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify potential new markets, customers, and partnerships.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, customers, and partners.
  • Managing existing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Determining appropriate measures, scales, and targets to drive business growth and improvement.

Capabilities / Qualifications:
  • Proven business development experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating and maintaining organizational-level strategies to align actions and resources with high-level business objectives.
  • Ability to manage bids and proposals for contracts, grants, projects, or services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging per audience.
  • Ambition to drive business growth and expansion.
