
Compensation Strategist for Healthcare Industry

This role involves monitoring the healthcare industry to align provider compensation with its ever-changing environment. Our team is responsible for overseeing the entire compensation process, from strategy development to implementation.
- Participate in the Provider Compensation Governance Committee for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to ensure alignment with market trends.
- Responsible for all physician call payments being made timely and accurately, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Ensure all Medical Director payments are according to contractual agreements, promoting transparency and trust.
- Supervise physician compensation models, including the planning of acquisitions and service line development, driving business growth.
- Aid in the development, monitoring, and production of automated calculations and reporting dashboards to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Participate in the annual analytical review of each employed provider's pay structure to deliver a fair market value (FMV) plan that also meets Commercial Reasonableness (CR) Testing requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- AAPCP certification or a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in healthcare finance/accounting, with a proven track record of successful compensation strategy implementation.
