Job Title: Healthcare Compensation Strategist

This role involves analyzing and developing strategic initiatives for provider compensation, ensuring fairness and commercial reasonableness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of provider compensation models.

  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on regulatory changes.
  • Participate in the Governance Committee for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of physician call payments.
  • Supervise compensation models, including acquisitions and service line development.
  • Develop and implement automated calculations and reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • AAPCP certification within 1 year or bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or a business-related field.
  • 2+ years of healthcare Finance/Accounting industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's in finance, Accounting or a business-related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in provider compensation.
