
Chief Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the compensation team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives surrounding provider compensation.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the healthcare industry to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
- Developing and maintaining accurate and timely physician call payments.
- Ensuring all Medical Director payments are in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Overseeing the planning and development of acquisitions and service line expansion.
- Aiding in the creation and maintenance of automated calculations and reporting dashboards.
- Participating in the annual analytical review of each employed provider's pay structure to deliver a fair market value (FMV) plan that meets Commercial Reasonableness (CR) Testing requirements.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- AAPCP certification or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare finance/accounting industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in provider compensation.
- MGMA ACMPE certification.
