Healthcare Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the compensation team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives surrounding provider compensation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the healthcare industry to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and timely physician call payments.
  • Ensuring all Medical Director payments are in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Overseeing the planning and development of acquisitions and service line expansion.
  • Aiding in the creation and maintenance of automated calculations and reporting dashboards.
  • Participating in the annual analytical review of each employed provider's pay structure to deliver a fair market value (FMV) plan that meets Commercial Reasonableness (CR) Testing requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • AAPCP certification or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare finance/accounting industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in provider compensation.
  • MGMA ACMPE certification.
