Healthcare Benefits Investigator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive the medical care they need. Your responsibilities will include investigating healthcare benefits to determine coverage and navigate complex reimbursement issues.

  • Conduct thorough investigations into patient insurance benefit information to identify any potential barriers to care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to address questions regarding coding and billing, as well as provide support for prior authorizations and appeals processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
